What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we store the name, company, email address, phone number and message you provide, together with the date and time. We use it only to answer you.
We measure page visits using our own software running on our own server. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party script of any kind on this site.
What our analytics stores
- The page visited, the referring page, and the time
- Device type, operating system and browser family
- Country, derived at the time of the visit
- A one-way hash of your masked IP address and browser string, so we can count returning visitors without being able to identify them
What it does not store
- Your full IP address. The last part is discarded before anything is written down
- Any identifier that survives our rotating the hash salt
- Any cookie for analytics purposes
How long we keep it
Raw visit records are deleted after 90 days. Daily totals, which identify nobody, are kept longer. Enquiries are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Cookies
One cookie is set, and only for staff signing in to the site's admin area. Visitors are not given a cookie.

Write to us at the address on the contact page to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
